Did you know that by March, 50% of people give up on their New Year’s resolutions? I’m not much into setting crazy unrealistic New Year’s resolutions, instead I create attainable goals. Last year was dedicated to losing the baby weight, eating healthy, and being consistent with the blog, and I accomplished it all. I was so happy with all the opportunities of 2018, and this year I am kicking it up a notch. Health wise, I want to get into shape and hopefully have some abs by summer! For work, I want to be consistent on Youtube, and also keep up with the blog. It’s not easy to dominate your goals for the year, but here are my 5 tips to keep you on track.
- Create a Vision Board: I know this is so cliche, but I love creating these! Last year I created one with my best friend and we killed it! We’re actually working on our boards today, to set our new goals and dream big!
- Buy a Planner/and or a Wall Calendar: I use both of these to stay organized. The key to success is to stay organized and write down goals for the month or your daily tasks. I use a wall calendar to see what travel I have for the month, campaign deadlines, and important events.
- Set Attainable Goals: Like I said earlier, set realistic goals for yourself, or set small goals. If you set these goals that are attainable you’ll be more likely to kick ass!
- DeClutter: I am currently in the process of doing this, and for some reason cleaning and decluttering my house and office always sets the mood for positivity! I work from home, so a clean office and space makes me feel so much better while working
- Wake Up Earlier: I don’t know why, but the mornings is where I am most productive. I love waking up before my son, grabbing a up of coffee, and getting the day started. Whether your goal is to exercise more, eat healthier, get more work done, waking up earlier than usual is a great way to kick-start your day.
