Healthy Kid-Friendly French Toast
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 Cups Almond Milk
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
- Brioche Bread or Sourdough (I've tried both!)
Instructions

1. Pre-heat griddle/pan
2. Whisk together ingredients and dip bread into mixture, making sure to get both sides.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
4. Serve with agave, or fruit!
