Easy French Toast

 

Healthy Kid-Friendly French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 Cups Almond Milk
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt
  • Brioche Bread or Sourdough (I've tried both!)

Instructions

  1. 1. Pre-heat griddle/pan 

    2. Whisk together ingredients and dip bread into mixture, making sure to get both sides. 

    3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side 

    4. Serve with agave, or fruit!
