Style: How To Transition Your Dresses Into The Fall

Hello! Happy Friday! Whew! This week was so intense and I’m excited to take a couple days off. Working from home definitely has its perks, but sometimes I feel non-stop. I’m for sure looking forward to some down time since I’ve been working for the past 2 weeks with no days off. Tonight we’re going to see my father-in-law perform in San Jose. I’m super excited because my husband will be joining us this time.  A few months back when my father-in-law performed my husband couldn’t accompany us since he was working out of town. Now that my son is a bit older I’m excited to see his face when he sees grandpa singing his favorite son, “la manzanita.”

Make sure to follow us on IG stories. Now let’s talk fashion, I wanted to share with you some ways you can transition your dresses into the fall season. You don’t have to put them away just yet, especially if you live in California. This heat has been brutal, and it seems like it will continue for the next week. This halter top dress is from Macy’s (Free People) brand. I loved it and it was short enough to wear over a dress.

  1. If the dress is short, throw on some jeans and a cute jacket.
  2. If you have a long maxi dress with buttons, you can also open it up and wear it as a kimono.
  3. And of course we cannot forget the dress paired with over the knee boots. It’s definitely a fall classic.
