5 Small Changes That Make A Difference

Hello! Today I wanted to not only share outfit details, but also share 5 small changes you can make to your diet that make a huge difference. I receive tons of messages regarding my weight loss journey, and we’re currently working on an awesome video talking all about it. The most important thing is to start small, making these changes made me feel better, and I saw results.

  1. Drink More Water 
  2. Limit Coffee Intake (1 cup only) 
  3. No Milk, No Cheese: I stick with kite hill ricotta, which is made from almonds, and of course almond milk. I don’t like to say I’m vegan mostly because I don’t like “labels.” I also love eggs and greek yogurt. Some days I’m vegan, other days I’m pescatarian, other days I’m vegetarian. It all depends on how I’m feeling, but one this is for sure, I limit my cheese intake and I don’t drink milk (cow milk).
  4. Delete Red Meat From Diet: It’s been almost 6 months since I’ve had any type of red meat. I feel great and it definitely contributed to my weight loss.
  5. Never Skip Breakfast: No matter how busy your mornings are never skip breakfast. This kick starts your metabolism, and helps reduce the chances of diabetes, cholesterol, etc. I’ll share the reasons why you shouldn’t skip breakfast in another blog post.
