Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats -Oatmeal
- 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbs Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbs Flax Seed Meal
- 2 Tbs Cocount Sugar
- 2 Cups Almond Milk depending on how thick you like it
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Almonds Sliced
- Bananas
- Coconut Shavings
Instructions

Boil Almond Milk
In a bowl mix together the oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sugar and cinnamon
Once the almond milk is nice and hot add the oatmeal, cook for 2-3 minutes then serve.
Add desired toppings, and enjoy.
Again I always encourage to use organic ingredients.
