Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Quick Oats -Oatmeal
  • 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbs Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbs Flax Seed Meal
  • 2 Tbs Cocount Sugar
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk depending on how thick you like it
  • 1 Tbs Cinnamon

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Almonds Sliced
  • Bananas
  • Coconut Shavings

Instructions

  1. Boil Almond Milk 

    In a bowl mix together the oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sugar and cinnamon 

    Once the almond milk is nice and hot add the oatmeal, cook for 2-3 minutes then serve. 

    Add desired toppings, and enjoy. 


    Again I always encourage to use organic ingredients.
