Ingredients
Salmon Prep
- Wild Salmon Always purchase WILD salmon instead of farm raised.
- 1 tbsp Manuka Honey or Raw Honey (whatever you'd like, I prefer the Manuka Honey. It's pricy but you can find it at an affordable price at Trader Joe's)
- Himalayan Salt (Pink Salt) Never use regular table salt, it's terrible for your health. Instead use pink salt which is filled with over 80 minerals.
- 1 Lemon
- Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Olive Oil
For The Bowl
- 1/2 cup Organic Quinoa Cook As Directed on Package
- Cucumbers
- 1/2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

-
Pre-Heat Oven to 450 degrees BAKE
Prepare Salmon
In a bowl, add honey, lemon juice and cayenne pepper then whisk together
Next, season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper, to taste
In a baking pan add olive oil so salmon doesn't stick too badly.
Place salmon in pan and cover with the marinade.
Bake for 13 minutes
While salmon is baking prepare quinoa as directed on the package.
Build Your Bowl
Grab a Bowl, add mixed greens then the quinoa
Once Salmon is finished add on top of quinoa.
Top with cucumbers, sunflower seeds, avocado, micro greens, edamame's and whatever else you'd like.
For dressing I like to use Trader Joe's Avocado or Coconut Aminos
