I’ll be 38 weeks on Friday, but I started to prepare my hospital bag since a couple weeks ago. The baby’s bag has actually been ready for 3 weeks now.
After tons of online research, I chose what I think I’ll need from different list recommendations. Again, I have no idea what to expect, so if any of you have tips let me know! I love reading your experiences and it makes me happy that you’re taking the time to share your advice with me.

My mom told me it’s good luck to dress your newborn in yellow when you bring him home, so I bought the footie above for Alessandro. It’s the cutest thing ever! Also, I was gifted that Kate Spade diaper bag and I love it! It’s roomy and also super stylish. I went to an ultrasound a couple weeks ago and the technician said, “wow look at all that hair! I can see the hair follicles.” That made me smile because both my husband and I had so much hair when we were born. I made sure to pack a little hair brush along with some nail clippers.

This is what I have so far packed in my bag. For labor I decided to take a heating pad for my back. I’ve had the worst back pain lately, and I have a feeling I’ll be going through intense back labor. A birthing/exercise ball will also be accompanying me. I use it daily to relieve back pain, and it helps so much. Of course the nursing bras, boobie cream and pads are a must. Any other suggestions leave them below or on my social media sites š
