We’re so excited to share with you all the gender of our first born baby. It’s been such an amazing experience, and cannot believe I am halfway through my pregnancy. The first trimester was super difficult for me. I am regaining my energy and starting to feel like myself again. Now let’s talk about the gender! My husband and I had a very early doctor’s appointment last week and were so anxious to find out I could hardly get any sleep. We’ve been calling our baby, “SHIM” (she/him) for the past 5 months, and to be able to put an identity on them was so exciting.
Now to give you a little history about our family, my husband has 2 brothers, and I have 4 brothers. With our little baby EVERYONE was positive we would be having a little girl, BUT we are in deed having a little BOY! There was no doubt about it, as soon as I saw the ultrasound the first words out of my mouth were…”wow that’s my son.” We are so incredibly grateful to God and just so happy. I love my husband with all my heart and he is the best husband, friend and just overall person. To be able to have a little him walking around just fills my heart with so much joy!
