Top 5 Insta-Worthy Spots in San Francisco

Happy Monday! I wanted to bring you more traveling posts and this week I am featuring one of my favorite cities: San Francisco, California. I visited SF last week and had time to do some exploring. Ever wonder how some people are able to capture the most beautiful Instagram pictures while visiting the city? Well I am bringing you my favorite spots,  so when you’re in the city you can capture these beautiful sights. Here is my list;
1. Fort Point, where you can get the most beautiful insta-worthy photos of the Golden Gate Bridge.  Also parking is free from sunrise to sunset. This is very important because while my friends and I were out exploring we all rode in one car and left the other cars parked. Well, we came back at night and the parking was closed! We had to flag down security to help us get get into our cars and out of the parking area.
Address: Marine Drive
San Francisco, CA
Hours: sunrise to sunset
Price: FREE + FREE Parking
What to wear: typically it’s cold in SF, and since this place is near the bay it gets extra cold. Make sure to bring a jacket because it can get cold and windy!
2. The Bud Spot, if you’re obsessed with flowers like I am then you’d love this spot! They have the most perfect flowers and it’s in a beautiful San Francisco neighborhood. Also, the girls who work there are so friendly and open about taking pictures in front of their shop.
Address: 2200 Union Street
San Francisco, Ca
Hours: 7am-8pm
We were also able to find parking on the street.
What to wear: Anything you’d like, just remember a jacket is a must!
Price: FREE, unless you purchase some flowers.
3. Tiled Step, wow these steps are just so beautiful! Too bad I wasn’t wearing workout clothes because this would be a killer spot to do stairs! This is definitely a photo-opportunity location and the view is just gorgeous!
Address: Moraga Street
San Francisco, CA
Hours: 9am-7pm
Lots of parking on the street.
What to wear: I definitely suggest doing a quick workout here 😉 but if you’re sightseeing then your options are open!
4. Painted Ladies, ever wonder where those houses from the hit show “Full House” are at? Well here you have it! They’re called the Painted Ladies in San Francisco and they’re the infamous houses shown in the intro of the series. The view from here is also beautiful!
Address: 701 Steiner Street
San Francisco, CA
Alamo Square
Hours: 24-7
Parking is also on the street.
What to wear: I suggest coming during the summer when it’s hot so a cute summer dress would be a great option!

5. Mr. Holmes Bakehouse, when you see this picture below you’re going to know what I’m talking about here. Now this bakery is super famous for their, “I got baked in San Francisco” sign and I mean who wouldn’t be obsessed with it? It’s picture perfect, and even more because they’re talking about getting cruffin wasted. That’s the pastry they are known for its a cross between a croissant and muffin, genius. Definitely expect long lines here, and a bakery full of hipsters and tourists, but anything for the gram right? Personally I’m all about the buzz…I was in Rome a couple years ago and stood in line just because there was a line to find myself eating the most delicious pasta ever! So if there’s a line there must be a reason for it #ClaudiaReasonings

What to wear: something loose so you can eat comfortably!
