Hello loves! Can you believe Valentine’s Day is around the corner? I feel like just yesterday we were celebrating the new year. 2014 is definitely passing by quicker than expected and I feel so behind on my blogging since I spent almost the entire month of January sick with the flu.
I hope you like this outfit, I’m in the spirit of Valentine’s Day. I have always loved this day even when I was single…{side note: ladies you do not need a husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend/partner to have a beautiful time on this day.}
I love hearts and the color pink AND I am a sucker for red lipstick…that right there is sufficient enough for me to absolutely love Valentine’s Day. The only downside is how crowded restaurants are and how much they hike up their menu prices. My husband and I actually made the executive decision of NOT going out on Valentine’s Day last year when we got married. Last year my husband surprised me with a home cooked meal, chocolates, flowers and a pair of Prada sunglasses. 🙂 This year we’ll see what he has in store…anyways I have some exciting news to share with you!
This paris tee I purchased from forever21.com and it was right after I was accepted into the study-abroad program at my university. Guess where I’ll be spending my summer this year? YES…PARIS, FRANCE! I am so excited for this opportunity, I wasn’t able to study abroad as an undergrad but now for my graduate studies I decided to take advantage! You can imagine how excited I am !!
