Hello! Happy Saturday, this week was an eventful week! My husband who is part of a group called Raul y Mexia was offered the opportunity to walk the red carpet at the Billboard Awards de la Musica Mexicana. It worked out great because my father-in-law was also performing and receiving a leader award for social activism at the event (Los Tigres Del Norte). We had to do all the preparations quickly since we were leaving on Tuesday and only had about 2 days to prepare. I went frantically looking on Instagram for a makeup artist and decided to email Drea who works in the Los Angeles area. I emailed her on Saturday and she emailed right away (which I loved!) On Sunday, I found my dress at a BCBG outlet near San Jose. I fell in love with the color and how comfortable it felt. I wanted to share some pictures of the process 🙂
