Every Christmas my brothers and I come up with a theme to wear for Christmas Eve dinner. My family always celebrates Christmas on the 24th and we open gifts at midnight with all the kids. It’s a Mexican tradition to have a huge Christmas Eve dinner with tamales, ponche (which is a sort of warm fruit punch with actual pieces of fruit and cinammon), and of course champurrado (our version of hot chocolate).
Back to our themed Christmas…last year we all wore Christmas ties and this year we decided to go for ugly sweaters. And next year I am already thinking of another theme…”ugly Christmas turtlenecks.” Ok well I wanted to show you a couple pictures of my outift. I didn’t have time to take too many since we were all rushing to get out of the house.
