My inspiration for this outfit came from my velvet leggings! I bought these a few weeks ago and was waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear them. It was pouring rain this morning and I thought it was time to take them out! Besides the fact that they are so comfortable they fit the weather conditions 🙂
